Two liquid room temperature multifunctional drying type

Features:
The TP218 series ink dries quickly, with a smooth and glossy surface, strong coverage, and opacity.

Scope of application:
Thermosetting plastics, glass, baked paint and mixed coating surfaces, leather and leatherette, metal, nylon, cellulose acetate, pre treated polyoxymethylene, treated PE and PP, Teflon and polyester, as well as polyethylene and polypropylene.

Special advantages:

The TP218 series is a two liquid ink used in conjunction with TP219 hardener. Adding hardeners not only has good resistance to physical friction and mechanical properties, but also can resist various organic solvents, chemicals, diluted alkalis and acids, oils and fats. No heavy metal pigment precipitation, passed the EU toy standard EN71, part 3, and eight major heavy metal soluble content tests.

Drying time:
At room temperature (20-25 ℃); At 68-77 ° F, the drying time for finger touch is approximately 10-15 minutes.
If baked, it only takes about 1 minute for the surface to dry. It takes about 5-6 days for complete solidification to form mechanical and chemical resistance.

Mixing ratio:
The TP218 series ink and TP219 hardener are mixed in a ratio of ink to hardener (weight ratio) of 4:1.
To produce high shading ink, the mixing ratio is: ink: hardener (weight ratio)=5:1.

Special additives:

Incorrect or excessive use of additives can affect ink performance, so please be careful when using them.

matters needing attention:
The time limit for using TP218 mixed hardener is 8 hours. After use, the screen, steel plate, and related utensils should be cleaned immediately with solvent.
